Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What happens when I complete your contact form?
After completing our form, the information will be reviewed. Within 24-72 hours, we will either be in touch to clarify your requirements and/or send you a written quotation for your design project if the kind of project you need is not listed on the "Order" Tab Section on our website. Feel free to ask questions, clarify points, or make additional requests. Should you accept the quotation, you will notify us and we would then send out an invoice to begin the design process for your project. Please keep in mind no projects are ever started without payment. Q: How long does it take for a design to be completed?
Depending on the type of project or design requirements, smaller designs can take as little as a week, while things like covers are a little more complex + detailed & can take a little longer with the min. usually being about 2½ weeks. Every design is unique, for a more accurate estimate go to the "Order" tab on this website to get a custom quote on a cover or to view a list of the current turnaround on other certain design services. Q: How long does it take to get the finished design files?
Once you have signed off a final design, we prepare the final files for delivery to you. Again depending on the project type, this can be as quick as 1 hour to a more typical 24-48 hours. We like to have your design finals neatly organized & labeled in a zip file which takes only a bit to arrange so you won't have to wonder which size is which.
Q: How do you deliver my final files?
Once your design is completed, your final file/s will be delievered via email as an attachment. In cases where the file is too massive to send through regular email, we would use external sites such as instead where you will be sent a link to retrieve your file/s from there. Please note this method has an expiration to how long the link will be active so that the file can be downloaded. After 7 days the file is no longer available for download. In these cases, the file would have to be resent again upon your request as a new download link.

Q: Do I have to pay upfront or do you take half?
All payments for projects must be made in FULL before design process begins. Artist Packages are the ONLY times where a 70% deposit payment is accepted. At this time all artist packages are currently being updated but will be available soon.

Q: How do I pay for my design?
We accept and prefer secure online payments with Opening an account is fast, easy, and FREE. If requested Millz Graphixx can also send out invoices to make things easier via email, where you have the option to make your payment with your own Paypal balance or by using a credit/ debit card, so you do you not need to have a paypal account to make your payment. We securely accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Q: What If I don't have Paypal, Do you accept CashApp?
Yes of course. In the event that you don't have a way to pay though paypal you can always email us at and let us know you would prefer to CashApp the payment instead. The CashApp tag is: $MillzGraphixx Q: What if I want more time to pay, do I have that option? Yes, financing is available through Paypal once you have set up a free account with them and then you have the option to apply for Paypal Credit. Paypal Credit gives you the flexibility to finance your design purchase so that you get what you need now and just pay Paypal Credit back over time. Plus, Paypal Credit comes with all the security you're used to with PayPal, and you can finance payments big or small with PayPal Credit’s No Interest if paid in full in 6 months on orders of $99 or more. For more information and/or to apply, visit this portion of their website here

Q: Can you design my business cards, letter heads and envelopes along with my new logo design?
Due to recently having a baby, certain projects like motion & logos have been put on pause, but I will be taking them on again very soon. Just keep being on the lookout for updates on our website regarding any updqate on that. Once logo projects are back, you will find that service listed on the " Pricing On Other Designs" section under the Order Tab of our website Q: When you start accepting logo work again, what are the different logo types you create?
A. Custom Wordmark Logos: Script logos are the most widely used logo type, and are typically comprised of text and a typeface. The text or company name is usually written and given a unique typographic treatment (Coca Cola, Disney, Giuseppe Zannotti, Amazon, or Handwritten signatures). B. Minimalist Style: Very clean, modern, maximizes simplicity and capitalizes on space. These are great for those who want a clutter-free logo for a contemporary brand
C. Simplistic Symbol: A strong yet simple graphic symbol, that represents the company. This is typically more abstract and/or not as detailed. This option can include words along with the simplistic symbol used to represent the brand.(Nike swoosh, Apple, Fendi).
D. Intricate/ Illustrative Style Logos: A combination of a more detailed iconic symbol along with a wordmark. This is a flexible means of conveying the company name and introducing an element to act as a symbol for the company that is a lot more detailed. The elements can be used separately or together. This type of logo contains the symbol on top/beside/below name like sports team logos, Starbucks, KFC, etc. These kind of logos tend to cost more because of the details and extensive time that they require to create.

Q: Will we own the rights to a logo that you design for us?
Once we have completed the design process, the copyrights of that final individual chosen logo are then transferred to you and you own them. We own the rights to any creative concepts that were not chosen.

Q: How much do you charge?
It is a natural concern of every client to know their financial commitment before embarking on a project. Here is a general price list for the kinds of designs people usually request ( view price list). Certain design services such as covers are not so easily quantifiable, as requirement varies for those so in this situation you would need to fill out this form here to get an automatic quote for your cover design. If you can't find something specific you need designed in any of these sections, you can always get a custom quote by filling out the form in the Contact tab of the website & we will get back to you.
Q: Are there any separate, extra, or hidden, charges? We do not believe in disappointing anybody with any form of hidden cost. It is our policy to be as transparent as possible with our clients with all costs itemized prior to the start of any project. Projects typically have 2 revision previews depending on the kind of design it is and any additional revisions requested after that typically have a $25-$75 charge (again depending on the style of project) You as the client are always notified of any extra charge per additional change that you request before the actual design process has begun though so that it doesn't come as a surprise later.

Q: In what format do you send motion designs finals?
Motion design finals are sent in a zip file with the HD MP4 file along with the still versions of the design you can use for print, iTunes, 3000x3000 px. & a smaller size that can be used for online posting. Q: How do I book my motion project?
At this moment we are currently not taking on new motion projects. You can always check back at a later time. Once we start taking on motion again it will listed as a service under the "Order" Tab

Q: Do you do printing? No, we do not provide printing services directly. We can recommend reputable online and local printers at your request. Because our clients are located throughout the globe, it is far more expedient for proofing and more cost-effective and faster for shipping if you deal with a local printer. We can act as an intermediary with your printer, or simply provide you with the final files to take to your printer. Printing is typically not included in any of our project quotations.
Q: Do you do tutorials?
At this moment no, but would like to start a youtube channel for that very soon. Q: Where can I purchase prints of your work?
You can now purchase my work on both Society6 & RedBubble. You can visit both of my shops by clicking here. You will find my work printed on everything from standard prints, framed prints, metal prints, canvas prints, wood prints, stationary, accesories, home decor, etc.
Q: Do you keep my designs on file?
For a period of 6 months following your project, we keep your design in an active archive should you lose or damage your files, or require followup work. All files do get deleted after this time period.
